Tamzen's Bridal at Butler Manor
Jaclyn Jordan has been passionate about design since she was a little girl growing up in Pennsylvania.
Always artistic, she spent most of her free time drawing and dressing her Barbies. Under her grandmother’s watchful eye, Jordan began sewing and turning her drawings into reality.
As a high school student, she began applying herself in design. She developed a mentorship with a bridal designer. He guided Jordan and was her first taste of the Bridal industry. She attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, in Savannah, Georgia. Jordan majored in fashion design while at SCAD. She graduated from South University with a business degree.
While studying at SCAD, Jordan started her bridal career in 2005 as a stylist in a small bridal salon. Over time she focused her skills on the bridal industry and learned many techniques from her mentor. It was during that
time she developed her love of lace.
Jordan debuted JJNY during New York Bridal Fashion Week in October 2013. She has since been featured in PEOPLE Magazine, Martha Stewart Wedding, Style Me Pretty and other well respected national and regional media outlets.
Jordan is passionate about fulfilling brides dreams for their big day. She believes that “on wedding day a bride should feel confident and look captivating.”
Today she lives in New York City with her husband.
