Girls’ Night Out Carlisle

Girls’ Night Out, our annual health and wellness tradeshow just for women, is one of the most popular events offered through the Holy Spirit Spirit of Women program. Girls’ Night Out features complimentary chair massage appointments provided by the Massage Therapy Program at HACC and free makeup makeover appointments with Mary Kay and Jordan Essentials, plus shopping with our specialty retail vendors. And don’t miss the roving fashion show featuring items from Hello Gorgeous Consignment Boutique.
Attendees can also take part in a complimentary round of health screenings, which includes a blood pressure check, BMI measurement, bone density scan for osteoporosis, cardiovascular risk assessment, non-fasting glucose & cholesterol tests, and a sleep assessment.
In addition, Girls’ Night Out offers a free Zumba class led by Momentum Female Health & Fitness Club. Class size is limited, so register early.
